Contractor Systems Now Connects With Dialpad, Bringing Calls and Texts Into the Contractor Inbox
Dialpad users keep their numbers, routing, and app
LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla., October 6, 2026 —
Contractor Systems now connects with Dialpad. Home services contractors who use Dialpad can connect it to Contractor Systems without porting, forwarding, or changing phones. Their numbers, call routing, and Dialpad app stay the same.
Once connected, every finished call on the contractor’s Dialpad line, inbound and outbound, is logged on the customer’s record with its direction, length, and whether it was answered. Texts sent and received in the Dialpad app appear on the same conversation, so the office can see the full history before calling back.
New callers are added as leads automatically. Missed calls trigger a push notification and a text-back to the caller, at most once per caller per day. Customers who text STOP are marked do-not-text across Contractor Systems.
Contractors connect by signing in on Dialpad’s own page from the Contractor Systems app. Contractor Systems never sees the Dialpad password.
Setup details are available at contractorsystems.com/integrations/dialpad.
